HOW TO FIND AND READ THE MANUALS YOU WANT

Finding the manual you want is so easy in this library. Please try searching for the manual you want and you will be surprised how easily you can find what you want. The next thing you need to do is to become a member of this library and then you can read any manual in this library.

You don't need to have a membership of Manual Library if you just want to make sure the manual you want is in this library. This step doesn't require membership. You need to be a member of this library only when you want to read the manuals in this library.

1. How to find the manual you want.

	Go to Home and you will see a search box where you can search the manual by Keyword or by Category.
	Keyword Search
	If you already know the Model Name or the Model No. for the product manual you want , simply type in a part of the Model Name (such as PowerShot) or a part of Model No. (such as A50), then click the Search button, and the list of the manuals available for the model containing the keyword will appear. You will find the manual you want in this list. (If you can't, please let us know the manual for which you are searching.
	Category Search
	If you are not sure about the name of the product or the Model No., you can find the manual using Category Search. Simply select Category (such as digital cameras), Product type (such as digital compact cameras), Manufacturer (such as Canon), then the list of models in the categories can be seen in the pull down menu of Product when you click the tab of the pull down menu. In the Model list, Model Name, Model No., Country are shown. Select the model for which you want to find the manual, then the list of all the manuals available for the model will appear. You will find the manual you want to read in this list. (If you can't, please let us know the manual for which you are searching.)

2. How to read the manual you want.

	After finding the manual you want from the list of your search result, just click the icon of the data (mostly PDF files) in the column of Click Icon to Display on the right end of the table.
	If you are already a member of Manual Library and have logged in, the manual will appear in a pop-up window of your browser. Sometimes it takes a very long time before the manual appears and it may seem nothing's happening. Just be patient (check the download status if you can) and in several minutes (sometimes more than ten minutes due to your internet connection condition) the manual will appear. If you are a member but haven't logged in, a log-in box will appear. You just need to log in and click the icon again. Then the manual you clicked will appear. If you are not a member of Manual Library yet, you have to create your account before you can proceed to read the manual. (See How to create your account) Before you click the manual you want, it is recommended to check the data size of the manual. If the data size is more than 1MB, opening the file online would take a long time. So it may be easier to download the manual first (For downloading, click right button of mouse and select 'download' instead of clicking left button of your mouse when clicking the icon in Click Icon to Display column) and then open the manual data from your PC. As the data of manuals are mostly PDF files, you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your PC. If you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in your PC, you must install Adobe Acrobat Reader in your PC before proceeding to read the manual.

	Create Your Account
	Once you find the manual you want to read, the next step you need to take is to create your account and become a member of this library. In the top-left of Home, there's the link Become a New Member. Just click this link and you will proceed to the page to provide us your account profile such as Email address (to be used as your User Name), password, and other profiles. Type in your profile and click submit button, then a confirmation page appears. Confirm your information is correct, and click the submit button. Then choose the type of your membership and pay membership fee by credit card. Manual Library offers three types of membership, Monthly Membership, Quarterly Membership and Yearly Membership. While you are a member of this library, you can read any manual in this library. Choose the type you want to apply from these types of membership and click to apply. Then proceed to payment of the membership fee.
	Payment of Membership Fee by Credit Card
	When you choose a type of membership, the page for the payment of your membership appears. Your payment is processed through secure credit card payment by Paymate Express. (Paymate is an accredited secure payment facility). Just finish the payment by following the instruction of Paymate Express, then you will be a member of Manual Library.

4. Login before reading the manual.

After you finish the step to become a member of Manual Library, you simply need to login before reading the manual you want. Just input your User Name (Email Address you registered when getting a membership) and password, then you can read any manual in this library.
